Facebook lead ads to Campaign Monitor?

Hey guys,
I'm looking into setting up Facebook Lead ads that connect to our Campaign Monitor list as a way to build an email list for our clients. I've looked into it and found Zapier to be the software of choice that allows this, however, I am wondering how this works as I have multiple Campaign Monitor accounts under the one user for each client. On Facebook Ads Manager, we also have multiple pages that we manage. Does Zapier allow to connect a specific facebook page to a specific campaign monitor account?
