How much content to promise?

Hey everybody, I was looking/hoping for a little input. I've linked up with a business in my industry to create instructional videos/podcasts for their education website. Struck a deal for 2% of gross income from subscriptions but I have no idea what to say about how much content creation that would involve. Anyone have any thoughts/experience?
