How does the algorithm of Facebook's page response time work?

For context, I have read and understood this article https://www.facebook.com/help/475643069256244. I have been replying consistently and as fast as I fckng can for more than a week and still, our page's response time only has gone down to 4 hours. Are there factors that affect our response time? Like say the unresponded messages left in the inbox that was not answered months ago? Does the Facebook tab (where you see the page's wall activity) affect the our response time? Any input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks! :)
