What to do with old Twitter account?

Hey, I need some advice about what to do with an old Twitter account.
Long story short, around 2018 I started a Twitter for my business. I accrued ~4000 followers in a month or so... Unfortunately it was through stuff like IFB, so I never saw any real engagement. Because I was having better luck converting through IG I let the account slide.
Fast forward to now, I've learned more about marketing and who I want to be advertising to, and aside from LinkedIn most of these people are on Twitter. So I'm trying to decide how to go about using the account.
I'm sitting on about 2300 following and 1900 followers. Over the last two weeks I have gotten exactly zero engagement from everything that I have posted and shared.
So my question is, how should I move forward with this account?
Do I leave the mess of followers/follows, or should I clean it out and start over? How/why?
