How to create a Facebook competition?

Hi, not sure I'm in the right place to ask this question. I've recently created a business page on facebook but I want to generate a competition for one of the bags I sell (it looks like a cat) I want people to be able to enter buy just commenting a name under the post (the winner wins the bag they named).
Now my question is can I set up this as an ad on facebook so I can get more people intrested?
