I reported a very abusive comment on Facebook 2 days ago, this is how they responded, they don't care about you!

I recently commented on a post. Some Hindu extremists didn't like it and started abusing me, there are literally 10+ comments on the same thread. I reported all of these comments, they were very personal, abusing my mother, father, and sister.
I shared all the details on r/india subreddit, here's the link to my post.
I instantly reported comments, as I was pretty confident that they will remove all the comments as they are clearly about harassment, abusive, bullying, which shouldn't go with Facebook community standards.
But to my surprise facebook as rejected my harassment report, here's the screenshot of the reply I got from Facebook.
I am literally shocked and disturbed to see that. What should a person do in this case?
Why Facebook is defending such haters? What's your experience with Facebook harassment policy?
