Editing an Instagram Ad

I recently promoted an Instagram post, but shortly after it was approved it got shot down and became denied by Instagram. I tried appealing it but they came back and said it was denied because I used the hashtag #instapizza_lover. They did not like the use of the word "insta". They then tell me to edit the ad and resubmit, but instagram doesn't allow you to edit a post that has been promoted before. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to just remove that hashtag? I do not want to remove the post and resubmit because I do not want to lose the current likes and comments.
