How to grow my following on TikTok and Youtube?

Hi everyone!
So I've decided since the beginning of this year that I want to create content for both TikTok and Youtube. However, I've been feeling frustrated with the lack of traction that I've been getting on both platforms. For Youtube, it's more understandable as I haven't been posting significantly. But for TikTok, I consistently post 2-3 videos/week. I post comedy videos, and occasionally I post business/entrepreneurship and motivational/inspirational videos
Despite that and starting about 4 months ago, I've only been gaining 2-3 new follower a day AT MOST. I'm trying to get 100 new followers every day on TikTok at the very least. I'd more like 1,000 new followers every day if not 10,000 new followers every day.
What advice would you have for me to get more viewers, likes, and follows on my TikTok account besides the obvious of posting more videos? Thank you!
