Need help with Creator Studio for Instagram

Hi, so my company is doing a photo challenge asking people to create and then use our hashtag and tag us. I need to post a comment on each submission and also send a DM to the winner but when I try to comment on the submissions, it uses my own personal Instagram account instead.
My access for our Instagram is via the Facebook Creator Studio tool. I am able to post and respond to the comments on our post but that's it. Not able to do anything else aside from that.
Does anyone have any advice?
Also, if my boss gives me the access to our Instagram so I can log in directly to Instagram, will she be able to access it still on her end or do they only allow one log in at a time?
