Bilingual Posting on FB + IG

Good morning,
I work with an agency and we're working on an account who are launching their social media in French and English. They've asked us to post using the "industry standard" of bilingual posting, which I'm not familiar with.. I know on FB you can choose to post in two languages and it will automatically show the language in which the user has set in their settings. Is this feature also available in Instagram? If not, what do companies usually do when they post in two languages on IG?
As a follow up question, am I able to do bilingual posting on these two platforms directly through hootsuite? Thanks in advance for any information.
