I have seen some YouTube videos about Instagram hashtags and some Youtubers have said it is best to use hashtags that have 100k plus volume hashtags rather than use hashtags that are used a lot. Is it best to use hashtags that have less people using them or a mixture of both? My Instagram is about beauty/makeup.
