Playlists on Facebook not working

Hi all, hope you are well.
Can you help please?
I've been making videos for Facebook vlogging my chemo treatment, and I made them to be viewed in order.
However, I cannot get the PLAYLISTS function to work. I put the videos in a playlist, make sure they're in order, but when I check, they autoplay to videos from other creators.
I've asked a few people for help and a couple have pointed me in the direction of selecting SERIALISATION, however this option is definitely not coming up for me.
Has anyone else had this issue? Have you found a solve for it? I'm absolutely desperate.
Failing that - has anyone had any luck getting support from Facebook? As far I can see there's no way to contact them directly?
