1080x1080 or 1080x1350 for Instagram posts?

We're having a little debate about which is better. Is 1080x1350 better because it's more mobile-friendly? Is 1080x1080 better because the photos or designs may get cropped in your gallery feed and not look as good? Have any of you tested this?
