What are the facts of being "shadowbanned" on instagram

I run a business and I use instagram to promote that business. I have about 12k followers. I copy and paste the same 30 hash tags onto every photo. Will this result in a shadowban?
How about "liking" photos until instagram does not allow you to like any more photos? Does this result in a shadowban?
I see a lot of videos and information about what you can supposedly do if you are shadowbanned. But my question is how do I avoid it completely? And what specific actions trigger the ban?
