Analyze Specific Brand Across Multiple Social Medias (Help)

I'm in a social media class at my college and the professor has asked us to choose a brand to follow across social medias and identify their posting habits, their statistics, etc. I'm looking for an automated tool to track their brand analytics across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube.
The data I'm looking for is like/dislike ratio, like to follower ratio, engagements, etc.
I don't know if a free tool like this exists and I thought I'd ask here first. I did some googling but I'm not looking to manage a social media brand, simply automatically track some basic stats.
If it's relevant, the brand I'm looking to track is called "Wyrmwood" they're a boutique gaming supply company.
