Instagram captions not saving/showing up

Has anyone else had the issue of Instagram captions not showing up? When I post, I'm not getting any warnings, but I've just noticed that my last two posts are now caption-less, and so has the post I just made.
My first thought is that it's a shadowban, I'm not sure why that would be as I've been admittedly lacking posting for the last two weeks, but I've never heard of this being a symptom of a shadowban either
