Does anyone with a business use automatic greeting DM's?

I have my own real estate business and have steadily been growing my account. I've been trying to find ways to improve my insta leads and sales conversion and have gotten automatic welcome messages from different accounts.
My questions are, does anyone with a business use auto reply to new followers? Have you noticed your leads and conversion increasing since setting up auto reply and do you find that it's worth it? If so, what is the best service to use?
