Can't create job post on FB business page

Hey there, I've been helping a friend create a facebook job post. We first created a business page and cannot see the option to create jobs... anyone have this issue?

I've been posting jobs for ages now, from my business page but am totally stumped here... I keep thinking that maybe there are geographic restrictions at play... we are located in Canada - I'm in a major city and he is in a rural area in the north...
