What are the dimensions for a Facebook event banner? Desktop/mobile friendly

I’m needing to make a simple event banner on my page. According to a search it says 1920 px by 1980 px but it was cut off at the top.
What are the newer dimensions? Would like the banner to be mobile friendly too.
