Facebook ad flagged for account not being authorized for political?

Hey guys,
I made an ad to promote my coffee shop which donates 100% profits to charity. The ad consisted of an image i got from shutterstock on facebook, and said we donate etc etc.
I appealed it last thurday, but have no response. Any tips?
