Needed help, about login approval in Facebook

Hello, so basically, i tested 2FA (two factor auth) in facebook to make my account more secure because i know someone had recently breached into my account and got hold onto it even tho i resetted my password for 4 times already.So when i tried this 2FA, it worked to bug off the guy that is logging in to my account. But he tried to spam "login" so the SMS kept sending to my Sim#. He disabled it and i was unknowingly also logged out of my account with me knowing. I thought of it as some sort of quarantine to my account.
I tried to send facebook my ID in the help box in their login help desk. But still no avail...
Q: Its been 24 hours since i had access to my account. How long is this "temporary block" facebook gives on SMS login approvals? (p.s I dont have access to my email anymore. it was a very old 3-5 yr old email). And are there any ways i could do to get into my account?
