How to create screenshots of fake social media posts?

I'm trying to create images for marketing my product. One image I want is a screenshot of an Instagram post that someone might make if they used my product. It wouldn't really make too much sense for me to post this on my personal or business Instagram accounts and then screenshot that because I'd want to edit a lot of things about it.
Is there any program or service for easily making editable fake Instagram posts? I googled it but nothing came up that was close to passable.
