Getting my first 1000 followers on my photography IG page

I'm curious how I should go about getting my first 1000 followers for my photography instagram page.
I've done various photoshoots and now have about 10 weeks worth of content I can post if I post 3 times a week. Aside from consistently posting, what else do I need to do?
I know follow/unfollow is really effective, but I'd like to stay away from it and genuinely attract new followers if possible.
I'm currently using FocalMark for my hashtags. Are there any better apps?
