First freelance job opportunity- $ question

I've recently been asked by a local business to come up with a proposal and cost estimate for freelance social media work. I'd only be working on their Facebook page, which is already established but quiet. I do a lot of content creation for my full time job (which I intend to keep) and graduated with a degree in journalism/strategic communication 5 years ago, I just haven't entered the freelance market until now.
Other freelancers - how much would you charge (per month) for this?
MONTHLY
- Facebook Audit - A one-time report with analysis of the current Facebook page and several competitors’ pages
- Facebook Strategy - A one-time strategy document that provides goals, tactics, content examples, timeline, frequency, content percentage suggestions, etc.
- Content creation (includes a minimum of 12 posts (original content including video, photos, etc.)
- A minimum of 4 shared posts from other pages/websites
- Post monitoring and engagement with subscribers
- Bi-monthly data reports
Thank you in advance for any suggestions! I just have no idea what to ask for and don't want to over or under quote.
