Are there any tools to run quick social media audit of a competitor?

Hi all,
Does anybody know a tool that will run a quick analysis of someone's social media feed without being the owner of that page? For example, could I put in Sony's profile name and it would give me an overview of their followers, engagement, posting frequency, etc.?
I don't want to compare it against my own page, I just need something that will allow me to put in someone's page address and will spit out information.
I've been doing it manually so far but as I'm taking on more clients I don't have the time to be doing it like this for those with bigger competitors.
