I've never managed social media before (except my personal ones, of course) and the owners of the company are paranoid about negative comments and one of them has the world's most fragile ego. We are in a specialized field and are losing customers to our more tech-savvy competitors, which is really the only reason the owners are allowing this account to be created, but they won't hire an experienced SM manager so it's on me.

Please give me tips on how to do this right!
