How do you exclude your own Twitter Followers in ad campaigns?

Hello,
My organization is recently trying to expand our twitter following by creating a Twitter Follower ad campaign. We have generated a list of twitter users who we believe would most likely follow us and want to target them. We just compiled a list of people who have retweeted and engaged with our content. However we want to exclude our own twitter followers during this campaign and I am not seeing an option to do so.
How does we exclude your existing twitter followers so I am not serving ads to people who already follow us? Also, if you have any tips you would like to share about doing Twitter Follow ad campaigns, please share!
