Can multiple sites/clients share one facebook pixel?

Taking over managing social for a small ad agency and the facebook setup and campaign/ad structure is a mess. Do I need to go in and create client advertising accounts under the business manager to generate unique facebook pixels for each client? Can they share the pixel from the agency account that all the client campaigns are set up under?
