I Need to Improve my business leads by using Social Media platform

I have small business in the Mumbai (India) I take projects from fashion & jewelry, real estate sectors. Mostly I do logo designs & photo shoot. At the 1st stage it was really difficult experience for me to get clients by using personal references & whether I get the lead it is small in budget. as I am using Facebook, twitter & etc social media also I am aware about the power of social media but I don't know how to use it practically. I have read all blogs but it find really difficult for me to apply in real life, please give me your practical suggestions. Thanks in Advance
