How do I set up email forwarding?

Hi,
When I was like 13 I think I was being clever by using an email in my character's name. A year later I realized that was stupid and opened an email that was my student ID# because firstname.lastname7@gmail was taken. Two years later I opened firstname-lastname(at)Mail.com. So on and so forth.
Fast forward to now and I have 8 emails to keep up with from Gmail, Proton, Mail, and Yandex. Is there a catch-all way to make every email one address gets forward itself to another email? It's annoying checking so many emails. Some websites don't allow updating the email I signed up with, and some relatives refuse to update their contact books with the email that's not stupid.13yo.atgmail.com (you don't question MeeMa). Please guide me. Thanks!
