Buffer Reply Alternative?

Hey there,
Buffer Reply are closing down on June 1st. I've been using their software to manage conversations with my customers via social media and I'm a bit stuck without it.
Does anyone have any recommendations for similar products that have good interaction tools that can be used for questions directly via facebook messenger or twitter? I'd be really grateful for any suggestions!
I've tested out Falcon, SproutSocial and several others although they offer some messaging capabilities, the majority of the focus is on scheduling, whereas I need to ensure I don't miss any communications from my customers.
