Help me get my data back from Facebook

Account disabled due to association with a page, I won't get into reason why the page was terminated, that's not the purpose of this post,
Aside from the page I owned, I only use personal Facebook to update daily life for over many years, and stay connected with friends and family
Used 'download your information' provided at login multiple times but it is been a month and never gotten any file, contacted via support for disabled account but never gotten a respond
my most concern is the Facebook friends that I have lost, HELP I just want to get my personal data back
