Facebook keeps killing my account, can't connect a business page to automate instagram postings.

I wanted to try to schedule my Instagram posts to try and post daily and decided to try out hootsuit as many people recommended it and it was recently given the Instagram API or whatever to schedule posts using a facebook business profile.
I can't log into facebook without it asking for me to add a mobile phone number and it won't accept my number (just keeps asking for a valid mobile number) and when I make a new facebook account using my mobile number it gets disabled within about 15 minutes (twice I've tried this).
Is there a way to schedule instagram posts without using facebook / an instagram business profile or does anyone know why my facebook account is getting disabled?
