Guys little help please.This thing is appearing every day for the last 3 days.I don't know what's this and i'm kinda worried.Could someone please explain to me what's this.This is from the desktop version of facebook and it appears in contacts on 3rd place it appears like it's like some-sort of a person that i chat constantly.I cant's open the chat and doesn't let me to see how's this.It's grey with grey profile picture and no name just grey rectangle for name and again i can't open the and i'm really confused. https://imgur.com/a/LlVkgGc
