Q. How can i trank younger demographics on YouTube?

Since YT prohibits children under 13 yo from signing up, they obviously use fake birthdates. so children that signed up 5 years ago under the age 13 are now 18, and those with the kinky mind signed as 18 are now 23.
I suppose only YT employees can assume the ral age of a user based on his watch history.
when i use social blade or a different analatics app, i get the same results and no way to tell who the real viewers are.
suggestions?
