Facebook Payment Decline... Yet again (Help)

Hi all,
Every time I go running ads when it's time for me to be billed, my payment methods are declined... Always seems to be on a weekend when I am unable to get in contact with FB. My bank is good, I've checked with them and they said everything is fine on their end.
My question is just how can I get in touch with Facebook on a weekend to get this resolved? I've filled out the various support forms. I have spoken to an FB representative over the phone before after they have resolved my issue but I don't remember the number.
Does anyone have any methods of getting this resolved or am I just trying to fight a losing battle and am I going to just have to wait until Monday?
