How can I add option buttons in the message box for my Facebook page?

I want to add options buttons like these in for my Facebook page https://imgur.com/mUVfnSQ
Where it will say "Choose an option or type your own message." then there will be a few options.
I looked the FB support page, where they say you can have Chatbot for that, but Chatbot needs users to press "Get Started" first, which this one doesn't! And I don't need a fully fledged chatbot, I only need these boxes to initiates the conversations!
