Dynamic facebook ads not delivering

managed to create a [dynamic ad](https://www.reddit.com/r/socialmedia/comments/8abssb/how_do_you_recreate_an_ad_like_this_on_facebook/) but its not delivering.
Facebook "approved" the ad, but it never started delivering
I used to have someone from facebook ireland email me about helping with ads but now my emails bounce. Anyone got a point of contact with the facebook team to help with this? Or have any ideas what i can check to fix this ad?
