What are the main platforms used by marketers to sell their services?

I know of Fiverr, Hire.bid, SeoClerks. On the first one I've been scammed a bit too many times (the main method of buyers is to threaten with a negative review unless they get a refund), and their rules on what constitutes a valid gig + its description keep changing. For the second and third one I've created an account today, and I'll go forward listing my services. What other platforms would you recommend?
