Looking for a SMM Platform similar to LocalViking, except for social media platforms.

I like the aspect of local viking in how it will reuse content and spin words so things have the same meaning but worded differently, coupled with copy/paste on different images to get almost an endless possibility of unique posts... then keeps posting.
I really want to just build out a year of content, so that by the time a year is up its not really going to matter because well, I dont think people pay that much attention (this is just for a local small business). Then auto post across all platforms. This would be a HUGE time saver.
Does anyone have any direction on which platforms might solve this?
(... Anyone a developer and want to build this and I can help you market it as long as I get finders free lol).
