Is Hootsuite Business worth it?

My company currently has the Team plan and my boss wants to upgrade for the approval features in the Business plan. I don't think it's worth it because the plan is $600 a month and as near as I can tell, we simply aren't big enough to use the rest of the additional tools. Our marketing department is just the two of us, and I'm the only pure marketing employee. We have three social media accounts.
The ad features, templates, and tech support would be nice, but I'm having a hard time understanding why an org our size would want to upgrade. I feel like I have to be missing something.
Thoughts? Experiences?
