Instagram Engagement Down (like a lot)

About a month ago our engagement dropped suddenly by more than 50% and since then it hasn’t gone back up. For example say we were getting 50+ likes per post and now we’re lucky if we get 20 likes. We have been gaining a few followers a day but our growth has slowed so much. I do add hashtags and tried using less or adding a few new ones to replace a couple old ones. Any suggestions on how to start growing again?
