Growgress is now Heropost, looks promising but I'm a bit sceptical

Hey guys I was looking to see what people here think about Heropost to manage their social media.
Heropost has been running a lifetime deal for a while and I really do want to make use of that offer but I see a few red-flags which may not be red-flags, maybe I'm just paranoid about spending nearly $300 AUD and losing out on it.
I've been hard-pressed to find any real full in-depth reviews by anyone. The only one I've found was this one on youtube by a very new channel - watch?v=MD9v4-4Tk8o
I tried to navigate the reviewers own website and I'm not sure I can really validate on my own, I couldnt find any of business staff on LinkedIn to verify their opinion in any way. I also noticed the comments sections for Heroposts own youtube page are all turned off.
I would really love to buy/try this product but I just feel like I am being played here.
So far their support over chat about my queries have all been pretty good and responded to.
