A slightly weird one - can I make an FB Business page and have it completely hidden from friends?

I only want one to be able to use Facebook/IG Ads but I need it kept private as it's to be used for me advertising my business in a location I'm moving to in 6 months - and I can't have bosses etc know about the move yet. So, obviously, I don't want it popping up in their notifications suggesting they like the page or anything like that.

Sorry if thats confusing.
