What are some marketing discusión for small businesses who want to keep people engaged while being closed due to covid?

We have a small office supply Shop. We just launched out fb page on january and apart from the activities we had in store, some paid ads and a couple of "raffles" We managed to get to 700 fans so far. (we live in a 4M people country)
Interaction was doing fine for starters, but now everything is almost dead.
We cant open for business so we are offering discounts on selected products, and trying to make people engage with our posts, but I feel like the emotional toll of covid, unemployment on the rise, etc. Make everything 5999% harder, not to say impossible.
What strategies have you used to make people not go away from your page?
We want to launch our webstie with a catálog for online shopping soon and fb seemed as the right choice. Also, in our country fb still is the best way to get to people (I understand that now, that platform is a "pay to reach" only Basically)
