Seeking advise on starting an IG account that features video reviews of art exhibitions.

I am launching an arts publication soon and will release – on Instagram, Youtube, and Vimeo – video reviews of art exhibitions.
My first post will be this week and I am wondering what advice you would have for both the IG account itself and how to go about promoting the post. I have a personal IG account but I have never embarked on a professional one. I would also really appreciate advice on the video aspect. All of the posts will be videos.
