Reach on Instagram has decreased drastically!

Hey guys so I have an Instagram account dedicated to philosophy and literature quotes and sometimes I post videos as well. A few months back my account was doing really good and my average reach was around 5k per post and have a few posts with around 15k reach as well. But all of a sudden I'm even struggling to reach 1k and it's really frustrating! I'm posting regularly and I can guarantee my content is one of the best in the niche. I've never done follows/unfollows to gain followers and all of my following is organic even few pages with 100k followers follow me. Any advice? I'm really frustrated! Btw my followers count is 1.4k.
