Question about secondary pages on Tumblr?

I use Tumblr for a few brands I manage (fashion, etc) and I'm confused if people are able to see the different Tumblr pages that I have under my primary email? My understanding is that no, they can't, but lately I've seen notifications of likes/comments on my different pages from the same user.. and the pages are of completely different subject matters and have no affiliation. The likes and comments appear literally minutes apart, so it seems like they're somehow able to see the other pages that I manage, somehow? Any insight if this is true and if so, is there a way to prevent it?
