Issues Switching to Professional Account

A few months ago I made an Instagram from a store I am launching soon. I changed me name recently and was trying to disconnect the Facebook page my Instagram is connected to and attach a new one. It wouldn’t allow me saying I’ve created too many business accounts. I thought that switching to a personal account and then back to a business account would help but now I am getting the same message and I stuck with a personal account. I am not sure what to do.
