Issue with Ongoing Website Promotion: email verification error

I'm trying to set up a simple ongoing website promotion for a business page I manage, and I keep getting this message: "Verify Your Business Email: You can't use this feature in Business Manager until you verify the email you entered when creating this business account. If you didn’t receive a verification email, you can request a new one in Business Settings under Business Info." I have confirmed my email in BM, the owner of the page has as well and the business email address shows up as verified in BM. I do not see any option to re-send a verification in Business Info. Has anyone ever dealt with this? I have successfully created boosted posts with no errors like this. I'm new at this, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
